Agreed, I was able to take away useful information from this course that will be helpful for future teacher certification.

Try using different types of questions on tests.  Mix multiple choice with matching or short answer.  I had a student who could not pass the multiple choice tests; but he passed the short answer and fill-in with flying colors.  That would have been an opportunity missed if the tests were all the same format.
