I have learned the importance of delivery to your students and trying to deliver information in different ways to allow for more students to grasp an idea. Always connecting an example to a concept.
This course has shown me how to break down barriers from an instructor to a student, getting to know your students, & laying a good foundation / expectations for your class.
This course has shown the importance of planning for your class & how to prepare your students for success through informing them on what this course entails, expectations, & what they will learn/take away.

Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals. With a few exceptions, Performance Groups are also publicly available to any member of the Lounge to maximize peer-to-peer learning and performance outcomes.
