What have I learned?- I learned that "Group Think" is negative for a team/
How can I apply it?
I can assess for the signs of 'Group think" like everyone agrees on the same ideas and no fresh ideas are brought up.
What support do I need? I can refresh myself on what I have learned and apply it daily to incorporate my new knowledge into my routine.

I enjoyed ED 105 too!
I have seen so many instructors make Powerpoints that included paragraphs of information!
I'm glad that the course specified how a powerpoint should be constructed!
I like the part of the course about instructional organization!
ED 103 was really interesting and informative! It addressed the cognitive, emotional and motivational factors of learning and the various learning styles from visual, auditory, writing and kinesthetic.
I enjoyed it!

Career Ed Lounge is embedded in over eighty professional development portals serving the career and technical education community. Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals. With a few exceptions, Performance Groups are also publicly available to any member of the Lounge to maximize peer-to-peer learning and performance outcomes.
