I learned that it is important to give students the ability to make decisions based on their learning style. I understand that some students are not great testers and I think it's important to support those students by using different learning styles as models for teaching.

I learned that it is important to set the tone of the class by providing engaging objectives at the beginning and concluding it.

I learned that it is important to address students learning style and to make subject as engaging as possible.

I learned that it's good to give  short introduction about yourself and have the students do the same to feel a sense of comfort.

I learned that it is good practice to have a checklist to avoid forgetting a topic you planned on going over in class.

I learned that it is imperative to model how you want your students to conduct themselves in a professional setting and the workforce.
