I learned that assessment is meant to help students grow, not just give them a grade. I better understand the difference between formative and summative assessment and why both are important in an online class. I also learned that rubrics help make expectations clear and feedback more fair and useful.

I learned that good online teaching needs a clear course layout, strong communication, updated materials, and chances for students to interact with each other. I also learned how important it is to build a sense of community so students feel supported and stay involved. Another big takeaway for me was that scaffolding helps students connect new learning to what they already know.

From this module, I learned the importance of creating a learning-objects database that is organized, easy to use, and connected to learning goals. I better understand how learning objects can be reused and adapted to support instruction more effectively.

Should have scheduled revisions at the end of each term to ensure the class is correct and any areas of improvement. Getting feedback from the students on what went well and where changes could be made.

Some things that I have learned so far is time management is important, staying organized and that I am delivering the information to the class in the best possible way for them to learn. 

Within the class I have learned alot with how to approach different aspects of teaching that i did not think about before. To be prepared before the class and to study my material before teaching it to the class. Make the students feel like they are important to you as an instructor. To always be honest and upfront with your students. 

Make the time to learn about each student to make them feel important. To be clear on what you are teaching. 

I have learned a few things during this so far, make sure i keep my note book with me, that was I can make my list of things I need to do within the classroom. I like getting to the class early that way i dont have to rush and make sure I have everything set up for that day. To remeber that the students are still people, to treat them with respect and make sure they are comfortable in the classroom.
