It is of upmost importance to be a role model and present yourself as a professional whom the students and everyone you interact with perceive you by the way you carry yourself. In essence, being punctual, prepared, dressing professionally, respectfulness, being available, having an open mind, and listening to peoples' perspectives. I plan to learn and grow as an instructor by being welcoming feedback, both negative and positive, from students and fellow associates and use that information to improve personally and professionally.
