An audit should be able to be conducted based solely on the facts and documents provided and cannot reply on prior knowledge.

I learned how easy it is to violate Sarbanes-Oxley without realizing it.

It is important to be transparent with students about program length/requirements and how it will impact their funding. 

I appreciated the suggestion of an audit schedule. Rather than focusing on a large scale audit, we can do smaller scale audits on specific components  throughout the year to remain compliant.
