Everyone should be treated equally and given the opportunity to succeed. 

Accommodations are to help students have equal access but it does not ensure student success. 

Not all disabilities are obvious and it is important to learn how to accommodate different needs. 

It is great information to know and I learned a lot about ADA and section 504.

It is important to keep a good connection with emplyoers and continue to engage with them. With will help build trust and familiarity. 

It is important to screen candidates to make sure they are a proper fit for the emplyoer, even if they are urgently hiring. 

I learned it is importnat to really build a dialouge. There isn't a megic number to hit with contacting employers but building quality relationships and really listening. 

I learned that is it extremely important to really know your instiutions programs, especially newer ones so the conversations with employers can be more productive and ultimately find the right fit for the students.
