Activity

I learned that training and learning don’t stop after onboarding. I plan to stay engaged by attending meetings, completing ongoing training, and using what I learn to improve how I support and guide prospective students.

I learned how important it is to understand our advertising and marketing and make sure everything follows the rules (fair Consumer Practices). I’ll apply this by being aware of what students see in our ads and giving clear, honest information during admissions conversations.

I learned how important it is to stay organized, follow the rules, and complete paperwork correctly. I’ll apply this by double-checking information and making sure students clearly understand the process before enrolling.
