I learned to identify different types of disruptive behaviors and new ways to effectively communicate corrective measures.

I learned that the way that feedback is given to a student is very important.  As tone can not be detected in text, it is vital to insure that words used reflect clear, gentle support.  

It is important to establish a supportive professional relationship with the students.  I look forward to properly introducing myself to them, establishing boundaries and expectations and nurturing their growth.

I intend on learning as much as I can about our CMS.  If I am knowledgeable about it’s inner workings I with be able to help my students with it.
