Having the feedback from multiple evaluations is so important to have. This will assure the students are receiving the best experience. 

I think it's a great idea to have students evaluate their own work by doing the self-assessments. I'm excited to use this tool next time with my students. 

I learned that scaffolding has eight important steps we need to follow and that organization is very important as well.

I learned on how important it is to be organized and consisted witht he templates. This is a great method to follow to avoid confusion from the students. 

What I've learned is that we have various types of personalities. It's important to know how to identify and work with those personalities. It's also important to document any conversation I have with the student in case things could escalte for any matter. Having records on file will be a great help for me and my supervisors.

I learned  the advantages and the disanvantages of using synchronous lectures. I will be adopting these ideas for the future synchronous and asynchronous classes I teach. 

I learned how to break the ice and get a conversation started. I think it's a great idea to have students also talk or write a biography of themselves to get to know each other. 

What I found very interesting is the CMS system. I think having this system really gives the instructors an idea on how to be more organized.
