Always be prepaired. You have to think ahead when it comes to being in front of students and being the example. 

I learned there is an art to questioning. Its not as simple as waiting on someone to ask somthing and then ansering it. Its about getting the students involved and helping everyone to gain an understanding of the topic being discussed. 

I took away some good gouge on learning styles. I also realize that have have a specific one and need to step outside my comfort zone to ensure I'm teaching to the ones my students may have.
