This module reminded me how important consistent check-ins and communication are. I plan to stay more connected with students and employers to better support and guide their experiences as well as for a win, win experience for all involved.

This module helped me understand the importance of following WBL laws and protecting students. I plan to be more intentional about documentation, safety, and making sure placements meet all requirements.

This module showed me how important clear expectations and communication are in WBL. I plan to create stronger agreements and check-ins so students and employers stay aligned and supported.

I also want to strengthen reflection at each stage so students better understand their skills and career fit. Overall, I will apply this by creating a more structured, equitable system that guarantees meaningful,… >>>

I also like to share with my students while even though they have interests in it, are they good in areas of their interest because that helps keep their intrinsic motivation moving forward for their short and long term success in the WBL opportunities,… >>>
