Remember to vary your instructional methods to try to accommodate all learning styles.

It is important to make connections with your students, for your students to connect to you, and to connect with each other.  

Being organized and having well thought out plans will help the class run smoothly.

Being a motivator, manager, and model are all important components of an effective instructor.
