I have a hard time leading at times due to worrying about peoples feelings. I want to become more of a leader and less of a manager.
Well the quiz shows I am a Leader but I honestly felt I was a mixture of both. The test was a little confusing because what I see as a manager compared to a Leader is opposite of what the training says. LOL.
