TEaching is not black and white there are many different styles and methods to help reach all students

Being clear with grading policy fromt he beigning is very helpful 

when students get off task it may be easier to redirect them and do another assignement to get them back on task

Giving at least 3-5 major points on power point helps the student focus rather than having to much info
