How would you facilitate an online class?

Using the 4 "O's" outline is very practical for setting up a online class and even a face to face class. Continuously going back to make sure everything is running smoothly and always tweaking the class to make it better for everyone involved. 

Learning from past and current experiences to adjust accordingly for the class and still be within the objectives of the class. Also getting feedback from students to help with the adjusting for future classes to make it even better. 

Communcation is the most important aspect both ways instructor and student. Also being well prepared for the time alotted for the class with appropriate information to fill in the time of the class to cover objectives. 

There are so many different tools to be helpful in the virtual classroom. I would first ony use a couple because could get overwhelming for both you as the instructor and the students. But with that being said also have other strategies in your "virtual toolbox" to be able to bring out and use when necessary.
