Grit, perseverance and hard work are great in promoting positive attitudes and outcomes.

Having a positive mindset, using the PERM mode and implementing positive coping strategies to utilize in life.

Identify your stress and how to eliminate or reduce them before they start affecting your health and well-being.

Identifying your stressors and writing them on a list can help us manage them better. We have to focus and redirect our energy to something more positive in order to cope.

I'm typically an organizer; I plan my day prior to class even starting. I feel like it's very efficient and is great in managing time.

Prioritizing all tasks according to importance/ urgency.

I find the topics in the section very intriguing, as a new teacher, the topics discussed here will definitely benefit me as well as other first-time instructors as it provides a clear understanding of what is expected. 

I've learned that we have to practice demonstrations ahead of time, prepare all content before class, and include the students in the learning process involving group activities.

Introducing yourself and having the students introduce themselves and explain what is their why for being in the program and building rapport by making them feel relevant.

Here I learned that planning and preparation is the key to student success, things will always come up at the last minute and that's why it's imperative to plan ahead.
