About me

I am a pastry instructor and love teaching, especially when a student who has been struggling with a certain skill conquers that skill and is anxious to conquer another. Students who love learning and know they will never accomplish all but their will be always new skills to master and new areas to explore and expand their knowledge. I enjoy life and my family and work can't get better than that! I enjoy taking pictures, travel and cooking.

A quick self-assessment

I have just completed course 103 and have learned more skills in creating written exams. Such as matching are more simple questions and should have more answers than needed. True False questions should have more false than true about 15% more. Watch my grammer and make sure negative answers are kept to a minimum and underline NOT or WRONG or have them in capitol letters. These courses are good refreshers as we sometimes need to be reminded to keep our skills strong.
