I've learned the importance of ongoing training and being up to date with both campus resources and regulatory resources as well as being knowledgeable about transfer credit policy and how this will impact student interactions.

Product knowledge, campus and student resources, and marketing strategies are an integral component to incorporate with the enrollment process and continued student success. 

I learned the importance of being prepared and knowledgeable regarding the enrollment process and ensuring all documents (especially the enrollment agreement) are gone over thoroughly with prospective student to ensure compliance and institutional standards are met.

The definitions and procedural information are a great foundation for learning the fundamentals of an Admissions role.
