I learned the importance of seeking to understand the different learning styles of my adult learning students.  I'm hoping to use these principles and develop some formative exercises to gauge knowledge and student learning styles.  Also, I intend to add more exercises to incent understanding.

I thought this section was really interesting.  Helped me understand better how my learning style is expressed in my teaching.  Also helps me think about the need for options to broaden my techniques

Adults have different motivations for seeking education.  Understanding these and removing barriers will help them get the most of their education and also facilitate them sharing their life knowledge and experience.

I found the use of silence as a way to answer a question to be interesting. 

I had never thought about my teaching style being reflective of my learninig style.  Understanding this I can make sure to adjust techniques as necessary based on assesments.
