By understanding your own personality ,it will help you understand how you are coming across to the students in class. Also by spending the time to get to know your student's personalities and preferred learning styles you can develop assignments that have more than one option to submit their findings. If you enjoy what you are teaching, the students will probably get more of your lectures. 

In delivering a hybrid curriculum, it benefits the students when combining lecture/ coach based teaching styles. It is important for the students to develop their critical thinking skills to be successful as a Sonographer.

By understanding true color personalities , you'll be aware of strengths, weaknesses, and the type of atmosphere people would thrive best in.

It is challenging to find a happy medium between an Instructor's personality and teaching style and the students who have an assortment of preferred learning styles.
