In this module I learned the following: 

• how to assist students in navigating ATS system
• understanding job searching from the recruiters perspective 
• tools to help students identify keywords
• there is not one universal way to create a resume
• help students create a marketing packet; treat the the resume as a press kit
• implementing the Quadrant Test Technique/Rule of Thumb

I plan to implement this knowledge and share the downloaded material with students.
