I am going to prepare the syllabus for the students, I will have a check list foe every class to cover all critical items for the day and I will have a notebook to keep track of ordering, or something I said to the student and i need to follow up on.  Also, I will arrive 30 minutes early for class to make final preparations.

Online courses require an instructor to keep records, communicate with students, counsel and help the students, deal with unwelcome student behavior and resolve conflicts that a student may have .  An instructor with an online course will want to do all of these things to minimize attrition.

I plan to creatively educate/teach the information. I will  be sure that the students are seen and feel seen  and have a chance to collaborate.  I will  give timely feedback. 

I have learned about the CMS and the importance of paying attention to details about the students and managing the students coursework.
