Manager ans supervisors should understand and know their roles. Good managers knows how to implement themselves in whatever work or project their employees are doing. They will not delegate work out to staff. They a,so hold themselves accountable for situations not understood. 

Understanding what a great leader looks like is essential to becoming one. Knowing that leaders emerge will help you understand that someone can develop leadership skills and "doesn't have to be born" as the myth says. Listening to understand and implementing yourself into projects or situations for your employees is very helpful and shows great leadership qualities.  

  • We should engage in open discussion.  Eencourage others within the workplace to do so also. 

When probl3ms or difficulties occur you have to identify what it is. Discuss what it is that is causing the problem. That will help with finding solutions and getting anything resolved. 

Feedback is important for both parties involved.  You should actively listen to what the person giving the feedback is stating without emotion. Ask questions if you don't understand what they mean by their feedback.  

Listen with the intent to understand what someone is saying as well as dealing with. Avoid speaking before you have listened truly. 

Be confident in what you're presenting. Know the audience in which you are presenting. Give facts and adequate information to the audience you are presenting. Ask questions as well as encourag your audience to engage in asking questions. 

Negative stress can really be tough and even detrimental to one's health if not dealt with properly.  First understanding that you are stress and then being honest about what it is that's actually stressing you can allow you to get proper help for yout stress. Yes I understand there are some positive stress that helps us complete goals or projects, but do understand that the stress even if you believe it's positive can become negative if not handled effective. 

In being a manager or supervisor,  leading with great actions will allow your team/organization to accomplish goals that a set forth. Employees will be willing to share ideas and or time to make sure projects are done properly.  When your actions are positive,  Employees will respond in a positive manner.
