It is very important to maintain the confidentiality of the reporter and ensure that they feel safe and supported.   

This was a great learning experience about Title IX.   It is valuable information for the classroom and higher learning setting.  

Motivating students is correlated to showing your passion in your field.   You need to know what excites you to teach.   

This really hit home on the reason for becoming an educator.  Knowing your passion and passing that on to your students.  

Being open and honest.  Circling back and having open feedback with your students is important for success. 

Utilizing real-life examples helps students connect content with practice.  

When developing content remember to adjust to different learning styles and incorporate different methods into your teaching styles.  

It is important as a new instructor to introduce yourself and allows your students to introduce themselves and give that time to get to know one another.   To help form connections.  

Its important to plan and gather your thoughts have a generalized plan with notes so you can reference and have a point of direction.
