best to get to know your student and not make assumptions

"inter" instead of "across" is a great concept 

it's important to to recognize the diversity of our classes and use that to great a more memorable experience

every generation has its different preferences but it's interesting to see the connections coming down to interaction and care

technology is and will be important for teaching, but a balance between in person and virtual connection will always be needed 

good info on how to be adaptive to multi-generations and their different learning needs 

each generation has their own context and background which affects how they process information
