ED108 Was very helpful with information that I can use in my classroom. How information is processed and the decoding and recoding was very informative. I intend to try more and varying techniques in my upcoming classes to see if I can help my students learn and retain more information.

I agree that the information is very helpful. I do feel that it could have been in a more general format. That said, I think that if we all try to do the right thing (follow the rules and regs.) we'll be fine. Our students will benefit by our knowledge and we in turn can point them in the right direction.

I enjoyed ED102 for many reasons. The age diversity and cultural diversity are very real situations where I teach. It makes me continually adjust my approach to changes throughout any given day. The information gleaned in this course has given me more positive techniques that can be applied to various situations that may arise in the classroom. It has also given me more insight into the thinking process of some of my students. Thank goodness I printed it for future reference!!

I felt that this course was very helpful in helping me to deal with on the job stress. The coping section was especially helpful and I appreciate all the feedback. I look forward to putting into practice many of the helpful hints that were given. I would encourage others to take this course.

Getting students to retain information seems to be difficult in our school. Students seem to be able to test but not be able to retain past that. Hopefully some of the tips I've picked up will help with this issue.
