It is great to have separation of roles and responsibilities to ensure compliance and ethical practices. 

My biggest takeaway for this section is know before you speak. There are a lot of intricate details to the rules and regulations of a college. 

This section provides great reminders to NOT guarantee or imply the guarantee of anything. Also a reminder to not intentionally leave out information because that can be misleading. 

There was a lot of important information in this segment. One of the things that I learned is that automatic dialers cannot be used on cell phone numbers, even if those numbers are not on the DNC list.
