Many disabilities are not always easy to see. So every person needs to be treated equally and fairly so that they have access to be able to move forward in pursuit to their dreams with the ability to accommodations needed to do so.
I learned that all people need to be treated fairly under the law. Also that based on each individual situation may fall under specific guidelines as to what accommodations may be needed under the scope of the disabilities act to help every individual. The American With Disabilities Act 504 is a perfect example of what needs to be be done. Equal access not special treatment & every student is treat equally.
Its not the individual with the disability. It is how it is handled on all accounts which makes it all work properly and fair.
Great to set all these guideline to have equality and fairness across all channels.

Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals.
