I have learned that it is important and required to take this trainig to recertify annually. This is done so that we stay in the know of any changes that may have occurred, to also reinforce what is learned. I have learned that there are key terms we can and can not use as well as the definitions of many terms used within the admissions department. Key is to keepa resource binder to stay organized and have quick access to vital information.
