In a keynote address given by Neil Gaiman he shared many great piece of advice. One in particular I found to be not only a true and interesting way of looking at employement but also quite funny. Below is an excerpt form his speech:
People keep working, in a freelance world, and more and more of today's world is freelance, because their work is good, and because they are easy to get along with, and because they deliver the work on time.
