Activity

It will always be much easier to teach people who want to learn, but it's my job as an instructor to make it easier to learn, being in the field I'm partially used to teaching a big range of ages and backgrounds so its going to be amazing to apply this to my day to day life for instructing and field work

Engagement!!!!! Have them tell you it back, have them explain it, have them do it. Be entertaining enough to make them engage, do your best to always make sure to ask the same questions in different ways to show them how there's going to be 10 ways to do something you will find the way you're the best at such activity or assignment .

Be confident as possible when speaking and any time when learning a new subject to ask random questions all the way through the day so whether or not they know the subject they are hearing it through the day in class

Its very important to find ways to relate and get along and get to know them so you can understand how to approach and what's going to work for said person. The most important thing to me that I've learned through this is to make sure absolutely no one is in fear intimidated or feel less than you truly never know what's going on in… >>>
