This section helped me to better understand the topic of transferring credits not just into the institution but also by having possible articulation agreements with other institutions.  In addition staying up to date with policies and procedures.  The list of items and where they can found was extremely helpful to have access and know who holds what information that may be needed to make sure I stay up to date.

This section covered not just marketing but the different roles of individuals and the importance of knowing them and what they can offer the students.  It also offered different ways we as admissions reps that can learn more information about the programs and gave examples of how to gain that knowledge. 

This section went over the imporantance of making sure that all information, requirements and financial offerings are properly stated and that everyone you speak with fully understands them. 

This module covered the importance of knowing policy and procedures as well as making sure you take responsibility of staying up to date.  The definitions giving are extremely helpful and makes everything very clear to understand.  The idea of a notebook is very helpful as well.
