Teamwork can be challenging but is essential to the success of an organization as a whole. You can accomplish more together than individually.

I learned that I have to be mindful to incorporate softer skills into my curriculum, but also make students aware of the value of not just learning but also practicing and mastering these skills in order to be successful in the workplace.
