I have learned that it is important to research technology or applications i might use or want to use as part of my teaching style. I will be looking further into what i already use at this time and will apply this to my future terms as an instructor.

What i learned in this section was that reasons for students to prematurely leave online learning programs or courses is due to the alienation, tech issues, workload, and competing responsibilities. This is something that i have witnessed myself as becoming an instructor, but i hope to do all i can for students, so they may succeed against all that may combat that.

What i learned about during this section was about asynchronous and synchronous in an online classroom setting. One being affective for whole group discussions in form of a discussion board and the other more so effective one on one, more personal. I intend to use this knowledge for setting up more effective interaction and discussion for my future classes.

What i learned from this section is the importance of making your presence known, so students may know you better and start to build the respect on previous achievements and qualifications. As well important for students to present a bit of who they are along with the instructor so a form of relationship can be built. This will lead to further trust and confidence in the whole process of learning as a whole.

What i learned from this course was the importance of knowing the different needs of students in online learning. Also understanding what is expected of me as an instructor as being that support so students may have the confidence that they will succeed. I plan to understand the basis of my CMS, so i can help support as much as i can for the benefit of my students.
