I am the Director of the Employment Placement Office at Atlantic University, where I develop strategies to enhance the employability of students and graduates. My focus is on strengthening connections with employers, analyzind placement data, and improving students' professional preparation. I also collaborate on ensuring compliance with ACCSC acreditation standards, making sure our initiatives contribute to the success of our graduates in the workforce.
