Our students havent built the immunity that us medical veterans have, its been super important to spray down all desks and equipment between classes.

Have multiple areas (problem solving, factual knowledge, technical skills, attitude) to assess our students is so important, and honestly fair to the student. Some are plagued by performance nerves, some by test anxiety, it doesnt mean they wont be a great clinician or be a value to the field.

I would also add that shy students sometimes have difficulty in lab. We need to do our best to not let them be over-run by our more verbal students. Also, they tend to be more hesitant about answering questions around their peers for fear of being embarassed, I try to make effort to ask them privately if they have questions.

This was helpful because I am less familiar with the "affective" (interest, attitude and values) domain of Blooms. Receiving, responding, valuing, organization, characterization all very important to the learning process.
