This module has taught me that assessments throughout  a course are a great tool. 

Planning is important but also helps to make sure objectives are met.

Safety is very important in the classroom. 

Knowing the strengths and weaknesses of student will help aid in building them up and improving them as students.

Advisory board and mentors are great for growing teacher strengths and build a strong group of collegues.

It is important to keep professional and personal matters separated. Always remembering that social media content is always scrutinized.      

I learned the many different components of CTE and  what makes up high quality CTE. ALso learned how instructors can use CTE to assist students with career paths.
