I have learned a great deal of new terminology along with policies. 

Attention to detail and dates is key when working in FA.

When available reach out to your VA specialist, our staff are all educated on basic VA information allowing them to answer most questions and reaching out to the specialist when needed.

I'm currently both at our school. It can be challenging at times but it can be done.
