Course ED119 has been very beneficial in keeping up with technology. It is very important to keep today's students engaged. It also provided me with effective teaching tools and resources that I can use in the classroom.

Teachers gear their lesson plans around learning the "hard" skills of their course. But, I feel strongly that we need to built into our courses for students to be more professional. This will especially help college kids be more prepared as they enter the work foce in today's competitive society!

I have just completed the course ED113. I have been teaching for over 10 years and have worked on my management style throughout the years. It helped getting a refresher course to give you new insight on how to improve. At times you find yourself going through the motions, but this course reminded me the importance of staying at the top of my game to create a more inviting classroom for my students.

Personally, I am not into blogging or tweeting either. However, I feel that it is a very important social media for professionals to stay connected and learn from each other. I have just finished the ED103 class which will help me learn the art of questioning students better in the classroom! I can't wait to start using it in class tomorrow.
