I agree Kathleen, older students seem to manage their time better and know what needs to be completed and get it done. Where as the younger students constantly need coaching. Last semester I sent out weekly motivational quotes to help get them through online courses due to COVID-19 forcing our students to work online. Several students infomed that they appreciated it!
