Apply a consistent grading system and late work policy and post it in the syllabus. Review it on the first day of class.

It's a good idea to get the educational and skill background of each class to help make the delivery of the subject matter efficient. 

There are more rules to power point presentations than I use. I will be working on revising them and making sure the colors and fonts are all readable in the classroom.

I like the idea of taking notes about my lecture after the class is over. Both, the positive and the negative and learn from both.
