As with learning types, each student will have an "action", or "personal attitude" type/style. By paying attention as well as having a solid and certain immovable standard structures in place, students can each be valued, heard, and guided through each class, whilst feeling heard and understood.

PAy attention to students. Syllabus, syllabus, syllabus! Students need structure and attention.

I have learned to Vary my delivery style, give mini-lectures instead of long drawn out speeches. Focus on hitting each of the learning styles where possible: Written, Auditory, Visual, and Tactile. Build rapport with students and take notes each class to improve my own styles and deliveries.

Head, Heart and Gut are the main goals for a class. 1st impressions are extremely important. Getting to know students and allowing them to feel valued and noticed by other students as well as the teacher is a priority.

Planning, preparation, and proper paperwork (syllabus, objectives, goals, etc...) ae paramount. Students must be able to know what is coming, and have the ability to plan and confidently.

To be a good Model, Manager and Motivator requires developing the whole teacher; professionally, personally and technically. Keeping up with the industry changes and standards and making sure that the teacher is not coming across as a know it all, and has the humility to lead, and be actively learning as well. "Convince the students that you love the subject and convince the students that you love them." Perfect.
