This was a great review.  I also gained new knowledge.

I learned specifically what is covered under the law 504 

It is important to be consistent, promote class discussions and student learning from each other.

It is important to not ignore students who are quiet and provide a method to engage them.

Ensuring the instructor is providing opportunities for students to learn from each other and facilitate class engagement.

Different generations uses technology differently and have different expections of how it is used.

Ensuring rules are defined is beneficial for students

Avoid last minute communications except for reminders of prior communications.  Avoid all caps and provide incentive for students commnucation with other students

There are many options/methods/tools available for communication.  Intructor need to assess the most efffective method by understanding the features of each tool.
