I would be intrigued to know if the only legislation or legal cases are 504 and ADA as they are written very vague and big picture.   I work at a post secondarily entirely focused on serving the disability population - and accommodations/modifications are such a big part of our admissions conversations outside of the tour and specific content knowledge of the programming. Are we crossing any lines?

I like that they included UD in this program as like it mentioned these can benefit everyone.

Do not love the text on the last page referencing mental health with "strange" and "bizarre" as description words.

Reasonable accommodation are necessary for access

Don't be afraid to ask for referrals.

Help the student improve their resourcefulness

Listening can be broken down to: Inner, Focused, and Global

Having a team that is both trained with the organizations framework for admissions is essential- but also is the positive energy that is required to build trust, builds relationships, and closes deals.
