Activity

As advised by the NLN as instructors, if we follow the VARK 4 learning styles we will have an inclusive classroom that will benefit each of our student's various learning styles: VARK=Visual, Auditory, Reading/writing and Aural. I think every student needs to understand this and determine what style of learning best benefits them. As Instructors, we should incorporate these learning styles to have an inclusive classroom.

It is important to understand that languages can signify a students culture, but we must not allow language to determine an individual's student's intellectual abilities.

If communication used it to be understood by every student, there must be a variety of methods implemented. Every student has their unique abilities, and we must be prepared to be inclusive without any prejudices, providing learning experiences beneficial to every student.

Discussion

I was recently introduced to AI in a Literature Program and found it to be both helpful and intimidating. Unless we fully understand the benefits and drawbacks, can we be certain when it is appropriate and when it is not to rely on AI? It is very important to read the literature regarding the use in order to have a positive experience using the tool that can be very helpful to nursing faculty.

By providing an all-inclusive environment where every student feels they can be successful without intimidation of any type. Making each student feel accepted and valued.
