Different types of projects are useful in different ways, use them appropriately with different lesson, group projects, individual projects, presentations. All are great for learning! 

I like the 5 parts of a good lesson plan. I realized i was overcomplicating mine and look forward to implementing this to mine going forward. 

I learned about a lot of nonverbal cues and how to best apply them; also what not to do. Keeping professionalism in the classroom is key and using these dos and don'ts will absolutely help. 

Learning how to switch between techniques (lecture, facilitating, etc.) for the overall best interest of the classroom students is important. Although I have so much knowledge in the field, being able to adequately teach it to the students is a different thing and it is ok to teach it differently from how I was taught. 

Plan for the best but remember that we are human so mistakes are bound to happen. Write them down and work on not repeating them. Students are not friends/buddies, always stay professional and remember it is ok to grow and learn as you go as well! 

How to handle quiet and angry students. Going to look for opportunities to help each student with the new skills learned through this course. 

I've learned really good techniques for each "type" of student to help me best address and teach the entire class without one person feeling more or less attention. Understanding the different students will make for a more productive class period. 

Clear and organized syllabus are key. Gives the students a way to see deadlines, content, policies so they can best be successful in the class!

I will try more independent learning to allow the students to be active in their learning and active! 

By providing support to students with learning disabilities they can be successful in any course. Never lower expectations for any student. I also learned about IEPs and the age limit for them, and also how to use them to better help us as instructors to provide support for our current adult learners.
