I have learned so much from this module. I have learned how to communicate with students on a more professional but personal level. I can't wait to put some of this to work through email or general notes for students. This information will be helpful when writing emails to staff as well. 

I have learned virtual interactions can influence a message or how the person interprets it. 

I learned so much on how students take in information. The most effective way to learn is when support is built around the students and how they learn. Online classes is a convenient way to have flexible appointment slots or, brief video call, an email. Online students must manage their own time and motivation, so knowing there are many different ways of learning can help a teacher help a student be successful. 

I have learned so much form this module. The most important part that stood out for me was showing empathy and providing students with encouragement, also having open communication with your students is very important. If your students are going through something and we don't know about it, that student may not put their all into class. So, by providing encouragement can help them accomplish their goals and dreams.
