Communication is key to the success of your students. It is a great way to encourage them during their learning journey. It will also allow them to give you feedback on things they may be struggling with. 

I learned that asynchronous learning is a great way to allow students to engage in their learning experience. It gives them time to absorb the material in their own way.   

It is important to get to know your students and allow your students to get to know you as well. This well set up a good base for a learning relationship throughout the class. 

I learned there are many different styles of online learning and many support outlets for us as instructors. Also as an instructor it is my responsibility to review the material thoroughly to ensure I can offer my support as well to my students. This will set them up for success in their learning journey.
